An enchanting setting for the new restaurant at Château de Saint-Aubin: Prosper
Maison Prosper Maufoux moved into Château de Saint-Aubin a few months ago. The splendid residence stands on your right, on the road leading to the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. Between the roadside vineyards and the Château, a splendid terrace welcomes you.
Edouard Mignot, of the Ed'Em restaurant, is at the helm of this brand-new establishment. His refined home cooking highlights the wines of Maison Prosper Maufoux. The view is magical, and so is the food. You'll remember this wine-tourism experience for a long time to come.
